FIRE ROASTED RED PEPPERS
Tirokafteri is a traditional Greek chilli and dairy-based dip. If you like chilli, we think you’ll like this one. We love the tingle of chilli on the tongue. For our Tirokafteri, we combine locally sourced Greek yoghurt with fire roasted red capsicum, chilli and whipped feta. Full of bold flavour this dip delivers on its chilli promise but we think you can handle it.
