TAHINI + CONFIT GARLIC + CUMIN
This is hummus but not like you know it. Inspired by one of our family recipes, our White Bean ‘Ikarian’ Hummus switches out chickpeas for cannellini beans. The mix contains extra virgin olive oil, tahini, confit garlic and cumin. This dip pays homage to the Ikarian diet, part of the world’s famous Blue Zone, where people are known to live long, healthy lives. So, not only does our ‘Ikarian’ Hummus taste delicious, but it’s good for you too.
